i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

Currently a first year staff in Risk Advisory in a Mid-Tier Firm hoping to move to Big 4 for either Risk or Cyber. When would be the most appropriate time to make the change? My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
