Even I'm an ex-Boschler. I love Bosch, but it severely underpays it's employees. By my calculations, had I stayed in Bosch my salary would have been half of what I'm earning right now. I hope someone from the senior leadership is reads this. Bosch would never be able to retain the right talent if it doesn't pay a competitive compensation.
That's bang on. They really need to open up and see where the other organisations are going. I'd love to go back in a leadership position and change a few things.

If you're asking me, I was a lateral MBA hire at the Assistant Manager level.
I am also an x-employer of BOSCH. It is very good company but the only one reason to quit BOSCH is less pay. 7.5 YOE with 11LPA.
I have 8 YOE but getting paid only 7.2 LPA do you guys think it's very low as per industry Standards
It is at least 200% less than the current market standards
Yoe-9+ ctc 14.5 which is less than atleast 30-50% for cureent market std.
Level 52.. skill set- technical project mgr
8 year 3 months total experience, 3 year 2 months in Bosch.
Current CTC : 19.2 LPA
