If I'm adding multiple people to purchase a property but not on the mortgage, when do they get added - do they need to already be on the purchase agreement? I heard it's easier to do upfront vs. adding them later. I've asked this question in a thread but didn't get a clear response. Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
