Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.
