Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Being an MBA in Finance graduate, I am in a dilemna on which path might be better I the long run -consulting (where I am more of a generalist, taking up random asks from clients and onshore stakeholders) or Project Finance & M&A where role might be more specific.
