Open to Azure Support Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps roles — Pune preferred, open to hybrid/remote.

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. The hiring manager low balled me sensing that I am in dire need of that job and now I am stuck for 2 years now. The company is a big shot but I am literally getting paid less than what I used to make 10 years ago. Should I try to move within or look outside?

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her.
