Ignore and move on
I agree...wanted to poll FB to see if ever done differently.
Coach
There is nothing to be gained for providing recruiter feedback. Take it in stride but I wouldn’t use it as a metric for evaluating an offer.
Context: in house recruiter was useless, timeline was communicated but disregarded, no follow up even when the interviewer (hiring manager, leader, team member) said they would follow up, ghosted for a month at a time even when told you’ve have an update within the month.
Don’t ignore the recruiter but ignore D1. Just reject the offer.
“Just reject the offer”
“They can also accept”
Pick a lane.
I agree that no one cares - the recruiter nor the company or team - just looking around to see if anyone’s done anything besides ignoring it...looking for any opportunity / angles in a shitty time consuming experience.
