Looking for advice: how would you frame feedback to a recruiter/hiring manager who offered you a role after a terrible interviewing experience? Disregarding whether you accept the offer or not - is there a way to give feedback or use the situation to your advantage?

I am a Senior Manager of Software Engineering and lead architect at a small company (was a startup with < 10 employees when I joined, now has > 50). I am the most senior technical person in the company (we don't have a CTO, I report to the COO), even though I only have 4.5 YOE. By God's grace I have been able to succeed in the role, but feel that I am underpaid and would like your input.

Base: 122k, no equity

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. Sorry for the vent. Maybe it’s just my bad luck then.

Hi 🐠- I have 2 interviews (1 first round, 1 final round) to be scheduled with MBB and got postponed due to COVID. Months later I found PM work really interesting and now thinking about devoting time to learn PM and switch. Currently at B4 and MBB used to be my dream. If you were me, will you continue to practice cases to get into MBB or switch gear for PM?
