Looking for help picking between two roles.
1) Senior Technical Accountant for a Public company. $6+ Billion annual rev. $140k base,
$15k sign on.
2) Financial reporting senior for a $1 Billion in rev private company. $155k base, no signing bonus but 5% annual bonus. Equity package, with potential IPO. My biggest hesitation is I'm not sure how long-lasting I see there service to be.

The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. If I reject the offer now, will they black mark my profile by not allowing me to join in future. Also, what I can tell them for offer rejection. Thanks.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
