Looking for ideas for some kind of organized thing to join that creates social opportunities and brings me near the beach regularly. I’m not in great shape at the moment so nothing too sports intense but not opposed to something appropriately athletic.

So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.

I feel like I am being taken advantage of. ADVISE APPRECIATED.
