Looking for my first PM job and feeling like the skills that are requested/expected vary widely by company. Some want you to be super technical, others focus on stakeholder management, and a few expect you to basically be a UX designer. It’s hard to know what to prioritize when I’m prepping my resume and interview answers. Anyone else noticing this?

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle. Has anyone here noticed a significant improvement after a prescription to help psych issues?

I will be relocating out of state from NY to FL in December. My current role does not allow flexibility to work remote and our offices in FL have no tech roles for transfer.
