This first interview is a 30 minute HR screen. It is for a marketing position. Anyone have any words of advice or thoughts on the interview process? Any thoughts on the culture. One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

What do you think of this approach? Would be curious to hear from both hiring manager perspectives and from candidate perspectives.
