Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

Yea that's possible. I have a good friend that's worked at Twitter, Goldman, and Google in recruiting. He's a VP at a top tech company now and he said it was super common for competitive roles to filter by company or education (earlier career).

S& focuses a lot on Harvard/Columbia for juniors. When I was hired into PwC, only one woman was assigned to S&, and she was Yale undergrad; plus later I found her Dad is friends with a S& partner.

You think every ivy grad that wants to go into consulting gets into MBB? There are a fair number at T2. It’s just a wider mix of schools than only ivy

My previous compliance in PWC are being micro managed by a lady who has no people ability and completely disregards wellbeing - as she is on a trajectory route to get her Directorship however the entire team are unhappy and being bullied on a daily basis. No one is aware or doing anything about it. I feel that I should raise it with senior management even some individuals overseeing speak up are involved very tricky!
