Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. Looking to purchase a house soon and am trying to decide between a low commute time (crappier house and a tight move financially) and a longer commute time (nicer house and more comfortable financially). The longer commute time also comes with better public schools, and I want to have kids.
