Looking to take an OSHA course to ensure I'm doing right by my field employees. Recommendations from anyone that has done these courses before. I am a facility manager that works in a corporate office. Hot topics I'd like to learn more about - working room size standards, air quality, mold, repairs/maintenance, temperature/humidity, restrooms, storage. So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.
