Looking to take an OSHA course to ensure I'm doing right by my field employees. Recommendations from anyone that has done these courses before. I am a facility manager that works in a corporate office. Hot topics I'd like to learn more about - working room size standards, air quality, mold, repairs/maintenance, temperature/humidity, restrooms, storage. These are just some of the key things that I deal with maintaining every day. What course would best fit this criteria? Recommendations please!

Feel like I wasted a year learning UX.
I'm a graphic designer with 8 years of experience in brand design and visual comm
Finished 2 certifications in ux design

But now if I apply to UX or UI design roles obviously I am not that experienced.
Which means I need to take a pay cut starting as a junior ux.

Are there any designers in the middle who add skills while they work like UX?

Which roles should I apply to now?
My expectations are atleast something between $90-110k 🇨🇦

Please advise.

So back in July I went out for a new position at my small company that was rapidly expanding (Account Manager). Was notified that I didn't get the full promotion but was told instead that I was still moving up and was going to be Customer Service/Account Manager Support. The new Account Manager had no customer service experience within our niche industry. I instead had to help help him with all customer service issues.

I feel like I am being taken advantage of. ADVISE APPRECIATED.

I heard promotion of higher management is already announced?
When will the promotion of level 11 and 10 will be announced?
