Looking to transition to management consulting. Any advice on case interviews?

I'm preparing for a case interview in one of the big 4 companies in the role of technology advisory role.

All resources I found on the internet for case studies are related to management consulting, not technology consulting.

May anyone let me know what resources shall I read to prepare for case study in technology?

Had an intro call with Deloitte recently. They reached out for availability to schedule a technical interview. How long would you say it usually takes for them to get back on that? Seems that they are really busy so wondering if I should expect like a week or closer to two.

Working for Amazon sucks the way they take being customer obsessed they don't treat their employees that way... Still pending with the fnf from Amazon's end even though it's been more than 4 months.. Got feedback from McKinsey recruiter that my R1 interview evaluation was flat with no spikes (for both cases and PEI), which was surprising because I essentially told the same story as my interviews with my other BBs and still advanced to final round. Does anyone know what McKinsey is looking for that the other BBs are not?

Should I shave for an upcoming interview? Might be a dated question, but I haven’t interviewed since law school where the going wisdom that you go clean shaven for interviews. I’m still only a few years out but certainly no longer a college kid and have a normal, full beard which I have been litigating with just fine. Currently working in TCS with 5.4yoe making around 11 LPA. I am a digital candidate. I have plans to get married this year. I have heard that TCS job is like a government job, should I take the offer from Microsoft as it's paying more than 3 times of what I am making at TCS along with other perks or should I stay back in TCS?
