Hello - hope everyone is having a great weekend. I'm looking into risk assurance opportunities at Meta, especially Application Manager, Controls (min 5 YOE) and Manager, Compliance (min 12 YOE). I am a Senior Manager with 9 years of IT risks assurance experience. Does anyone have any thought on which position I should apply? If anyone currently at Meta could share your experience, that would also help. If anyone is open to providing referrals, I could provide my background. Facebook (Meta)

Accenture recruiters have reached out to every M I know at D in the last 2 weeks. Same SM pitch. Agree if you can make the sales do it, they were talking 225-250 range
No, if you're happy where you are wait it out at EY, unless it's a 50% pay bump which it prob isn't
I didn’t get specifics on sales on my call, only salary. Once I heard it was about practice building I let them know it wasn’t for me (I.e, I suck at/hate sales)
It's a great opportunity to build a whole practice by yourself TBH. If you're up to it.
You think you can bring in SM sales target then do it
A1 - is that a new practice??
D2 - how bad are the sales targets?
I read 70/30 delivery/sales in the description
