I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

Few years back everyone in this bowl complained about the immigration firm associated with Deloitte; my wife complains about her immigration firm all the time and now you guys are complaining about Fragomen. I guess moral of the story is that no immigration firm provides a 5 star service that we are all so used to receiving elsewhere.
Btw - my firm engages with Fragomen and I’ve been with my firm for 6 years. 3 extensions, GC process and a few support requests have been completed all successfully. I’ve been dealing with the same lady at Fragomen all through. I have only nice things to say about Fragomen. Every time I see a news about immigration I reach out to my contact at Fragomen before I check fishbowl. Do I get a response immediately? No. But I don’t expect her to get back to me ASAP. At the end of the day they get the job done and that’s what I measure them on
Have used Fragomen, BAL, and Seyfarth - all have been terrible.

C1 congratulations! I hope your visa issues are resolved
Case files sometimes are 500 pages long apparently. It’s not the lawfirm. It’s USCIS.
I used while changing my job late 18, 19. They are not very fast unfortunately. Submitted in Nov - 1 RFE - final approval in May.
am I exception who like Fragomen? My times in Deloitte with them was very good.

Call them everyday until they get moving, that’s what I did. I was on top of them
And those companies are our nightmares.
I give you two real life examples so you can understand my comment and hopefully someone can learn from it.
I worked for two different Corporations and hired two different law firms, and I noted the same behavior. My colleagues from both of the companies got RFE and both of law firms WAITED for the day before the deadline to submit the response of the RFE. This cause both of the times the company to terminate my colleagues until the RFE was resolved, which meant 2-3 months with $0 salary for them, and for my department to be understaffed until they could come back to work. How is this fair? Wouldn’t you suggest other people to make sure they don’t wait the last day? Again, this situation happened twice with two different law firm, so it’s common practice for them to give zero care and take million cases when they can’t handle them. I’m not talking randomly and I read online about this as well.
For this reason, when I got married indeed I did everything myself because this documentation is too important for an immigrant. We can’t wait for the delays in submitting documentation, this can cause catastrophic issues, so maybe you should think before you speak about this.
Have worked with Fragomen for 9 years. Never had any issue.
