Any dermatology research opportunities?
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

It's serious, people who are laughing are probably managers who were lucky

My managers were expert in putting subordinates under the bus just to save his/ her backsides. The most hilarious part was they were debating who would be doing my work once I had resigned 😂😆!
Don't even think about joining Bny, I joined nine months back and laid off now, It's just pure disgusting politics of my manager which has landed me in unfortunate situation, I found this to be a common issue across bny, People who are in their 40s and 50s layoff people in their 20s and 30s so that they can secure their position. You will be totally unsafe if you are a new joiner. They sack new joiners and young people as if they are expensive. Not the big randos who sit in their office - good for nothing losers

Buddy - Its 200% true.. BNY has laid off folks.. If you search in LinkedIn, many people would have put OpenToWork Picture Frame around their profile pic, but not end date of their current engagement with BNYM.. That's because its India.. People are too sensitive to post that I have been laid off or terminated.. Let me see how many of you are comfortable in announcing that you have been laid off in India.. I don't think many would be doing so.. Also doing so would put you down while searching for your next job.. Obviously once recruiter knows this information, many would try & bargain to lower your CTC as much as possible.. I have seen people go at a discount than what they were receiving.. So its up to you to take it or leave it.. It is nothing short of a bullshit in BNYM.. Between you can see BNY is not clean in making announcements of layoffs outside or internally as well
Agree with you. In India, employees would be seen as a culprit for low performance in case of laid off rather than the organisation itself.
I heard from a senior director that huge layoffs are going to happen after July in India.
You will not see anything on Linkedin, as during lay off they make you sign separation aggrement it has condition that if you post anything on social media they can block your severance pkg
What happens if you post about it in LinkedIn while asking for new opportunities?

5000 total employees laid off across BNY through silent / hush hush layoffs !!
In US as well, bny is laying off thousands of employees.
Yes layoffs are happening very frequently
Are layoffs happening in some particular BU/Entity or everywhere in BNY?
It is happening everywhere not in any particular BU
It is true I have been victim of it. Got layoff in 8months. You see no LinkedIn post because we have to agree and sign on non-disclosure legal agreement to get the severance package. Hence, we can not reveal our identity. Hope this answers your question
Decided to stay with current organization based on feedbacks here, one of the toughest call I have made. Had offer for VP (J) position with +10 lac over my current ctc.
That's a good decision. Random layoffs are going on. It's better to be in a safe job with a normal salary rather than an unstable high paying job.
