Maybe a silly question, but how do you manage in-person interviews for in-house jobs when you don’t want your current job finding out about it? In loose discussions with 3-4 companies right now and if I get to the later stages and they start asking me to come in person (particularly for longer interviews) I’m not sure how that’s going to work…

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

I applied to MBB in December while working at a boutique but did not get an offer. I lateraled to Tier 2 firm, but looking to interview again. How long should I wait until applying again? Is there a freeze time?

In two interviews the interviewer asks me about one topic which I know theoretically and some practical. I directly said to the interviewer that I am not an expert in that, but if I get my hands on it then I can learn in one day.

After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

I have been job searching (currently unemployed) for 5 months now and am emotionally drained from doing on average 6-8 interviews a week now. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
