1. I have 2 yrs of work experience post MBA in IT services mainly working on numbers related to account performance and making ppts. It is sort of general management role.
I want to switch to data analytics role and wanted to check where I can start with. I already have knowledge of Excel and power BI.

2. Will I have to accept less package as I will be new to this field or I can play on my Excel and power BI experience related work in my CV to showcase
