1. Does FB sponsor visas? i'm on the E3, which is much easier to get than the H1B. No lottery involved.
2. What is the salary for a content designers with 4 years of experience? Glassdoor is saying ~135K. Is that right?

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. And I have been helping run my family business for the past 10 years. I was intially interviewed for a senior account executive position at a $70k offer. Instead they told me I needed more training and hired me as a Junior account executive at a $50k salary + commission. Today is my 6th month mark and I have done very well. My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

Need advice and pep talk because I’m certain I have chronic imposter syndrome :( Background on me, I have about 6 years of work experience post college but have gone through many companies because of layoffs and/or reorgs. With that, I’ve bounced a lot with different industries and have done different roles for a year max. This may be a dumb question, but is there any business role/function where you’re not sitting in front of a computer all day? Before entering the corporate world I was in the restaurant industry for many years and was on a computer maybe 10% of the time. I’ve been in consulting for four years but still can’t stand sitting behind a computer and building PPTs all day - is corporate America just not for me?

A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm.
