Someone in my group just jumped from Accenture as a senior analyst to Deloitte as a SC. I’m currently a C at Accenture but really tempted to make the jump and reach for SC or M. I know I’ll get paid more and do the same shit. Currently at 120k and I spoke to a SC at Deloitte that has the same position and they make 160k. I like the people here and the culture here though. But at the same time I want my next move to be out of consulting. Still worth it to make the move?

Hi all! I’m talking to someone tomorrow on the team for a role I’m super keen on. Luckily enough (not sure If this is good timing) when I reached out to them a few weeks ago and confirmed the time for us to connect, a job in their area opened up a few days later.
