However, the recruiter liked me and told me to reach out after about a year if I wanted to restart the interview process. I’ve sent an email but It looks like they are no longer with the firm based on LinkedIn. Is my best option at this point to find another consultant to refer me or is there someone else I could contact?

I have an offer from Deloitte USI for Assistant Manager role.
In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?

Is it common at McKinsey for partners to be heavily involved in projects? I work in industry and I’m on a project now where a Senior Partner and Partner are on most our calls and seem very involved in delivery. The EM takes point on the deck but less on client relationships. I used to work at Big 4 and honestly our partners were rarely involved.
