I have an interview for a technical writer position in the chemistry field. Coming from a lab based chemistry role I'm use to getting technical questions about my lab experience. With this role I'm interviewing for being office based, I'm not sure what questions they may ask. What interview questions can I expect for a technical writing position?

I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m currently an HR specialist and trying to decide what I want my future to look like. I would like to step away from the transactional, administrative HR work. I’m fascinated by employee satisfaction and like the idea of helping to improve retention and leveraging metrics to improve toxic work environments (I’ve seen a fair share of dysfunction in my career). I’m thinking the Consultant route may be best for this. Any other thoughts of roles or titles that may align?
