Congratulations on securing all these offers. Well done! I would advise to choose based on the people you meet and who you clicked with the most. In the end it’s a People business and if you don‘t like the culture / your colleagues, any other considerations won’t really overcompensate that. Happy to chat if you want to send me a DM. FWIW OP, I would choose McK over BCG if I had to do it again. Echo a lot of what’s been said here by other BCGers at the firm. For better or worse, there’s really one type of person who succeeds here and if you aren’t that type then it’s a only matter of how long until you leave.
I also think McK is also way better at alum relations than we are which is key to finding your opportunity after consulting. Of course, they’re not Bain, but still first class.

OP - did you have to level down? Ie joining as a Senior as opposed to a Mgr?
Echoing points above- try to talk to people outside of recruiting to get a real sense of the culture. For me that meant reaching out to alumni from my university who would tell me the real story. Try to find people who were in the same position as you and chose each of the 3- the reason they state will tell you a lot about how the firms really differ.

Congrats! I definitely think you should go with with the people and culture you clicked with the best... But if all equal, McKinsey is the most prestigious globally.

Similar boat considering cross offers between mck and bcg. Curious to what lengths either will allow you to get to know each firm for specific practice and office (consumer, ny)
OP here. I would say a referral helps but is not required. I did not have a referral at several places.
I work in Europe and also had a cross offer. I went with Bain and would be happy to share my reasoning via DM. TBH, if I had to do it all over again I’d likely pick BCG...but the grass is always greener on the other side 🤪
