New edition to the collection

Hey all- posting about some new NFTs that are just coming out for the Dream DAO. Essentially, each minted NFT and subsequent sale helps seed fund projects for a non profit for Gen Zers called Civics Unplugged. The non profit is backed by Andrew Yang, the Rock and others. Regardless of if you like the NFTs, it’s a cool project to get involved in / read more about. https://opensea.io/collection/skywalkerz

True
CCTC: 21.3
Tech stack: Spark, Python, Scala and SQL.
HPE : 30 LPA + 3L JB + 10-15% variable
MB : 30 LPA
T systems: 28 LPA
Please share your thoughts.
For MBRDI, it's the ADAS and analytics domain. Primarily working on python data processing libraries and spark, collecting image and log data for Machine learning and data science.
For HPE, probably it's a project from scratch. Spark, Scala and Kafka may be.
By looking at the reviews of MB on Glassdoor, I feel there are few issues with the management, internal process and growth.
Also the NP is 3 months whereas HPE has 2 months NP.
Blindly looking at the brand image might not help me in the long run I think. I need more insider information 😅
I worked for HPE , it’s a very good company and my team had excellent wlb(completely depends on your manager) they have shutdown period of 10-15 days in the last weeks of December. It is definitely recommended.
Mercedes one of my friend was working and was told that wlb is average but they provide very good lunch(if you consider that as pros) and other benefits etc. it’s a very close call. T-systems I have no idea about this
Do you know what other benefits HPE provides? How are the hikes/increments compared to MBRDI?
