Might get a contingent offer for a role on a contract that hasn’t been awarded yet but should be soon. It’s with a major gov-contracting firm, and they’re interviewing and giving offers now. The start date is unclear, likely Jan or Feb. I’m interested in the role, but would it be wrong to accept the contingent offer, keep interviewing elsewhere, and back out later if I get a better, sooner offer? I know that would likely burn bridges at the firm, but I don’t want something to fall through.

Is there a website that shares announcements of recent contract wins by federal contractors across all federal agencies?

Sometimes the leadership does not even inform you on the status of a submitted proposal unless we win the work. I get why they are doing it but it would be great if there was an external source/website that would share this info instead of us waiting around to hear from them.
