I’m a newb and trying to actively learn about how to better invest my $. I have about $15K in robinhood right now and have another $70K or so in my savings account that I would like to invest most of. I have my 401K with Vanguard, should I open a new account with them or use a different platform like Charles Schwab? Any advice is appreciated, TIA!

Just etfs in whatever company you like, they’re all pretty good. Main thing is just get it in there

I’d recommend taking a look at the ARK etfs which you can get on robinhood and even putting some money into Chamath Palihapitiya’s Ipoc and Ipob funds

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Reading the independence brochure, looks like it does not specify something related to this scenario but just wanted to confirm . TIA!

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!

I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
