Hello - I transferred offices this year between two states. I changed my address in workday in mid June and my work location was updated to my new state in August 1. I was withheld by both states for 3 pay periods (the six weeks) in between those days. So now my W-2 shows two state taxable wages that (when added) is higher than my total wages. How do I treat this when filing my state tax return? Do I just go by the date of my move and then manually lower one of the state reported wages?

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? For those coins that serve as defi projects with real-world use cases, why do they need to be tradable, and why do they have a fluctuating market value? In other words, why is each particular application or idea based on blockchain also something that can be bought and sold by people who are not involved in the project?
