My bonus at Deloitte was supposed to be 16%. They blame market conditions, covid, etc, etc and I basically get 4% every year. I was considered a top performer (5/5). Question- are bonuses actually paid out at McKinsey? Joined 3 weeks ago.

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

I am hearing that MBB is pausing majority of the interviews - should I be worried about my offer getting rescinded? I luckily got my offer a few months ago and received my signing bonus already.
