My coach communicated YE rating as commensurate, while my scatterplot is next to VSA and I'm thinking to raise a dispute on this.

Coach has started giving me diplomatic answers which cannot be bought, he mentions you're getting evaluated with the cream of people who are also on next level.

Should I approach the leadership all together seeking their inputs or wait for my coach to get convincing reasons for this low rating?

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.
