Can anyone here give a referral?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

The job market is really rough right now. I would suggest networking and gathering referrals. Sometimes a referral can help you get your foot in the door somewhere.
You should put some thought into writing a new resume that will showcase your capabilities in an obvious way. The reason I say that is because recruiters get bombarded with applications these days, and when they first see a resume they'll scan it for literally 15 seconds. If your resume is confusing or verbose you'll be putting yourself at a disadvantage.
Hey, I totally agree. I’m having a really rough time finding something that I wanna do and that I think they want to do. I actually had someone I guess a recruiter call me a senior ,! that there were senior positions open.
Also, almost all positions (even entry level) require a Bachelors or Masters degree, regardless of your years of experience and the online application process weeds you out before you even get a chance to talk to someone to show your worth or knowledge base. I don't want to discourage you. I only say this so you don't sit on your hands and wait to start looking in earnest. Good luck <3
