My company is going back to 4 days a week. How’s everyone else doing, still remote or hybrid?

Now i am worrying to join nagarro after seeing that people are on bench from last 1-2 months.
I have an offer from optum and nagarro.
Only reason to choose nagarro is WFH.
Am I doing wrong to choose nagarro over optum.

I am Java developer.

I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

“Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.

I have offer from Deloitte and Allstate for the role of a full stack developer, I’m really confused which one to join . Allstate is offering around 2 lakh more (plus joining bonus ) than Deloitte. Please help me making a decision.

Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
