I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?
I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Agency name pls.
My last agency had a whole team of art directors out of mexico who all had senior level experience but were mostly being paid and given the work of juniors. I felt like sometimes I was just there to be the american face for clients.
This talent is in the northern/eastern hemisphere. Agency is a global network.
We’re doing the same thing. We’ve been laying people off in the US to hire in India and Colombia.
Does sound like omnicom 🥲
We tried this at my agency, mostly with design, editors, audio engineers. Agency did a quick 180 and got rid of them once they realized how they were not up to snuff.
Similar has been happening at Omnicom agencies for two years with crappy results. Clients complain about the quality of creative work and teams get more work piled on them to pick up the slack. Mixed results in the tech area and when it does work, the time difference and local holidays put us back in catchup mode. But the talent is cheap. As long as the company saves money, right?
i know a start up agency whose entire team of 5ish juniors are offshore. yet they have an articles on adage talking about their new innovative ways of hiring blah blah. i just know they probably couldn’t even afford paying minimum wages salary
How long before design is shipped out to offshore sweatshops so underpaid and onerous that, like Apple in China, they have to install suicide nets?
