My experience with Cognizant was disappointing. My current salary was discussed before the walk-in interview. I cleared the interview, but received no update. After I followed up, HR informed me that my current salary was higher than their budget. This should have been evaluated before the interview to avoid wasting the candidate's time. I hope the recruitment process improves.
