One of my girl friends, and I went to Fairbanks, Alaska recently for a week. It was great!! If anyone wants to see the Northern lights, winter is the best time to go. We stayed at a well known hotel, ate out for every meal (4 nights, 5 days) + went on tours and dog sledding... if I take out our flight expense it was about ~1200 for each of us (including some light shopping too)

Hello ladies - I’ve received 2 offers and I’m curious your thoughts, I’m really struggling deciding. The first has a $50k larger cash compensation (base + bonus) and $80k RSUs. BUT they don’t have the best culture and poor sales/marketing alignment. The second is $50k less comp (base + bonus) and $20k RSUs. BUT great culture, awesome boss, beloved team. Both are fortune 500 and the offers are both base of $160k+, so they’re good offers. Wondering how you’d rank money vs sanity.
