Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

Anyone know much about Simon-Kucher? I have an offer for SC there for $125k base with all-in TC for the year expected $165-175k. Currently a CO with 3-4 YOE, and considering making the move. I think CO at my firm is the equivalent to SC at B4

Making about $103k base now, so not sure if I should hold out for better

Anyone in RSM TMT TAS group? How is the exit opportunity/hours/pay/wlb/turnover? Joined B4 as an A2 in audit last year. Tired of audit hours and the industry I’m currently in. Heard about advisory having better hours but it also depends on the office and client.

Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Don’t want to think the grass is always greener on the other side, but I’ve seen so many people made the move to EY from other big 4 and they make much more than I do because of the switch (same city same service line same level).

I'm 26 with 5 years of experience and trying to transition to the B4 for more experience. I've noticed it's hard to land jobs at the Fortune 100 companies without this experience. Can anyone recommend the best way to make this transition? I fee like they only target college grads.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
