My H1B max out is Jan 2023. Company has just started I-140 process in Feb , I submitted all the docs but no update after that. Seeing EY process it might take up to 18 months to get I-140 . What options will I have ? Should I start discussing with my partner , I don’t want to sound like I am initiating it , I want to see what company has to offer me ?EY

My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022.
