My manager hasn’t shared sufficient commentary in these reviews but rating looks fine. Being in a team management role he hasn’t mentioned anything about the team building activities that I did, mentoring new associates, or the initiatives that I took. Very basic commentary is what he has mentioned. What can I do, should I talk to my PD to tell that or can anyone in HR can help? Can commentary be revised in ZS?

I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?

I got an offer, I tried to negotiate (without any counter offer), they were saying no negotiation.. Still I gave my final request to increase 10%, Now they are taking time, HR is saying it will take 3-5 days for processing new offer.
