I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Congratulations! It’s likely not the same but it’s also possible your company is putting their words into actions.
Sounds like it was overdue and you are WORTH it 😊 Congratulations ❤️
Simply you must be really good at your job. Congratulations ✨
Thank you so much. It’s been an exhausting process but I am glad someone noticed it.
Love hearing people get rewarded for their hard work
Such a testimony ! Sad that it had to be through layoffs but hope you can still rejoice for your blessing
Tbh. It’s alot of added responsibilities, I didn’t even get the chance to enjoy the level up. But, I should slow down and def appreciate it!
So people are now without jobs to pay you more and we should be celebrating? Mmmm ok.
AT1 - all yours …
So happy for you 👏👏👏 what goes into being a high level leader in Customer Success? I will also Google it but I’d love your input. Your story is really uplifting to me.
Thank you so much.
So happy for you and that your hard work was both recognized and rewarded! Hope you take a minute to also reward yourself! A spa day, new jewelry ... something.
Sigh! I been saving up and just building funds for the rainy day!
I really aspire to be there someday. Proud and inspired by you!! 🫶
What piece of advice do you have for someone in their 20s to get there :)
In my 20s, I was all about giving my best and constantly learning. I excelled in everything, driven not by the desire to impress but by a personal commitment. I never missed a chance to expand my knowledge, regardless of its immediate relevance to my job. Though I didn’t get promoted—probably because I was seen as someone who would do more for less—my focus was on building for the future, even if some took advantage of my dedication.
Now I hit my 30s and I continue to work my way up. Never stop learning!
Wow! Seems odd, they had to layoff, but still had the ability to promote and give such large increases. Does not really seem fair.
They technically just downsized and left a skeleton team who handles multiple responsibilities. 30% raise is def much lesser compared 7 people’s salaries. We have 2 client facing people now who manages everything from sales to success, pre sales to marketing and technical support. Definitely not fair and it’s exhausting.
Enjoy the rewards - but be aware of the sustainability for you of this new role.
I am not thinking past an year, I am reaching on the side for next gig.
