It sounds like you have taken on a lot. I would definitely ask for a raise if you haven't had one in the past year. Also, if you aren't making market value for your role, I would definitely suggest making a case for a raise.
thank you for the validation! Going to make a plan on how to ask
If you can quantify the impact of the workload then you can use that to make a case for increase.
Okay I am going to! Ty for the support!
Oh wow that is a lot!! Ask for a raise my friend!

Time for a raise and probably a promotion. I would start with getting recognition and feedback for you added responsibilities and then discuss you career path with your supervisor. You killing it and should be rewarded for it.

The time to push back was three scope creeps ago — but now works too.
Document everything you're doing that wasn't in your original job description and bring it as a workload conversation, not a frustration conversation. "My role has expanded significantly — here's what that looks like" is harder to dismiss than "I feel overwhelmed."
Account roles absorb scope quietly because they're relationship-oriented by nature. That's exactly how agencies get away with it.
If the conversation doesn't move compensation, it should at minimum move your title — which protects your market value externally even if internal pay stays flat.
