I just want to know if the company is authentic or a scam? Don't want my sis falling into a scam.

Now I have another offer with a better pay from comp B (I started the interview process long before I joined company A) and would like to proceed with comp B. Looking to get a bit of insight on breaking into tech working as an executive assistant after working for BigLaw for 20+ years.

I've been applying to tech companies for executive assistant positions - in particular, remote work positions - and I have yet to get a nibble.
