My story:

Graduated in 2020 and found a decent paying design job at 7 lpa.

Worked my butt off everyday for the company. Got an offer for 12 lpa in 2022 but didn't switch as I only had 1 year exp and wanted to learn more.

Now After 2 years I got laid off.
Now I'm thinking maybe it was foolish of me to not switch during the boom.
