My teammate and I don’t seem to be a good fit. I’m trying my best to bring a lot to the table, always “yes &”, they just aren’t open to collaborate conceptually.

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time.
