I have 8.3 years of experience and my current CTC is ₹20 LPA.
I've received the following offers:

Capgemini – ₹27.5 LPA
LTM – ₹27 LPA (Banking project)
Zensar – ₹27 LPA

Since the compensation is almost the same, I'm looking for suggestions based on work culture, job security, career growth, learning opportunities, appraisal process, and work-life balance.
If you've worked at any of these companies or have insights, which one would you recommend and why?

Can anyone offer advice for helping with adderall side effects? I was diagnosed a few months ago and I am new to medication. I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired.
