**Need Advice on Counter Offer**

Hi All,

I have an offer from NIQ for 23 LPA (including variable) and another from Capgemini for 25.5 LPA. I prefer NIQ and my joining date is in 4 days. Should I counter NIQ's offer, Will HR consider it? what should I do?
