Need Advice!

I'm currently working in workforce management at kpmg with 5yrs of experience and planning on moving to Management Consultant.

However, I'm pretty clueless about my possibilities.
Any Advice on how to approach this movement.

Is there anyone on here that has any negatives about working in FP&A? I always see it as an exit opportunity a ton of people want to go in and I know the pros but what are some of the cons?

Been a coach at the collegiate level for 6 years. Make a $65k salary. Want to leave coaching and break into sales/marketing/recruiting/consulting. I have ample leadership and recruiting experience with a strong work ethic.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.
