Need help deciding between EY FAAS and KPMG AAS offers for S1 position in Northwest HCOL (not California):
KPMG: $95K base, no bonus
EY: $87K + $5K sign-on bonus

Can’t narrow it down by “the people” since everyone was cool. In terms of compensation I would obviously choose KPMG but I know EY has a stronger practice. Thoughts?
