Offer 1 - Big Pharma in Top 5: Sr. SF Engineer, Base 150k, 10k Sign-On, bonus 8%, no RSU/Stocks

Offer 2 - Well known semiconductor company - SF Solution Architect, Base 155k, 15k Sign-On, 45k RSU, bonus 10%, additional RSU awarded yearly.

I am off course inclined towards offer 2 but I feel like the base is less for Solution Arch role. What is the industry avg for Sol Arch? Thoughts?
