Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Hello friends,
I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!

PwC immigration service is soooo slow. I submitted my I-140, 485 etc to them, it’s been four weeks now, they have not submitted it. They like to drag everything. I sent an email to them to follow up, they told me the timeline for them to prepare the petition is 6-8wks after they receive the signed documents. I’m just pissed off. This whole PERM/GC started since Aug 2020. Have anyone experienced such??
